What happens if the buyer does not confirm delivery? will it automatically confirm after a certain amount of time or should I open a dispute?
At this time you have to submit a ticket for them to get confirmed. Typically it’s pretty easy to get confirmed if you interact through the chat, so we can simply check the logs and be able to tell.
In a future updated version of the site, they will be auto-confirmed X days after the seller has confirmed.
Awesome thanks. I’ve used Gameflip before and if the seller marks the transaction as complete and the buyer does not dispute after 72 hours it’s automatically confirmed. It’s a good feature.
