Hi PixelStaff,

Usually how long it will process to get a refund once seller and buyer both agree with it and submit a ticket?

Typically refunds are issued within 24 hours of them being requested. However, it may take PayPal longer to process it on their end. This usually depends on the size of the payment and the status of your account. Unfortunately, once we issue it on our end, the rest is out of our hands.
