Hello, I was wondering how i go about redeeming reward points for purchases. I have some in my account balance but cannot figure out where to redeem them. When i click checkout, it sends me straight to paypal with no option to redeem points.
Unfortunately, the reward points being used at checkout is glitched. A new version of the site is currently in the works where your reward points will be carried over and can be used.
Is there a rough ETA for when that site will be active? And will the points carry over 1 to 1 or be converted some other way?
No ETA yet, as the site is essentially being re-created. The points will not necessarily be carried over at an exact 1:1 ratio, but will still retain the same worth.
