I made a sale on September 18th and it’s currently been 5 days since without payment. This seems longer than usual and my orders list says it’s still pending. Is this normal?
This has been resolved. For future reference, make sure to view the estimated date of payment beneath the “Pending” in the Seller’s Payment Status column. Account sales over $500 typically take 7 days. On the 8th day (not late on the 7th day), if you have not yet received the payment, please contact us.
